Most people seem to go through life doing what others do and never seem to question much about whether the people around them are actually right or wrong. How many of us do exactly what our parents, grandparents and great grandparents do? I was raised a Christian by Christians and they were raised Christians by other Christians and so on. I don't know when or who in my family tree actually decided to become part of the Christian faith. I don't think it really matters today.

Someone had to of made the decision and I will probably never know. I do know this, I have followed Christianity as far as I possibly could and the next step in my life is going to be based somehow on a more spiritually universal world. I can't seem to follow something, that doesn't make sense to me, anymore. Christianity is more or less a religion that people throughout history have made adjustments to, whenever they felt necessary.

This is often like changing a tire on a car as it starts to wear or goes flat. In order for the car to operate and run smoothly we will need to pay a little attention to it, this will require maintenance over time as the car begins to have problems. We have to solve these problems or our car will become useless and will need to be sent to the junkyard.

Religions throughout history have done the same, as the people become more intelligent and less dependent, they need to create new things and make adjustments. If they don't make these adjustments over time, the religion will no longer be necessary and be sent to the junk heap of time. This is what happened to the Greek and Roman gods, what makes you think, that your God or gods will stand the test of time.

Do you think there's going to be any more adjustments to Christianity in the future? It seems like the last adjustments were Scientology and the Mormons or The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. These religions don't exactly follow what Paul started in the Roman Catholic Church. What will the next adjustment be and why will it be necessary?

If you choose to follow Christianity, how do you know which church is right, I mean their core beliefs are right, aren't they. To love your neighbor and be compassionate. To show kindness towards others and help the needy. Do you think that we're going to have to adjust this one day and start treating certain religious followers, whose skin color is deference or speaks a different language with cruelty. I wonder what the next adjustment in Christianity is going to be.

How To Get Happy... During Optimism Month

OPTIMISM MONTH: March 1- 31, 2006

Are you an optimist or a pessimist? Do you often expect bad things to happen? Pessimists are like the fairy tale about Chicken Little. In the fairy tale, Chicken Little kept shouting, Help, help the sky is falling'. In contrast, optimistic people expect the best. Don't worry however, I co- founded OPTIMISM MONTH, which runs from March 1st 31st, 2005. If youre a pessimist dont get discouraged. Optimism is not a disposition you are born with or without. Its a learned skill, and a very important ingredient determining your level of happiness. I suggest practicing these tips each week of Optimism Month:

Week 1: De-tox Your Mind

To get rid of negative or intruding bad thoughts remember this Rule of Optimism: You can only keep one thought in your mind at a time. You can focus your thoughts on either pessimistic or optimistic thoughts. Its your choice. Pessimistic people focus on gloomy thoughts of how they could fall down and not get up. They expect the worst to happen. Optimistic people expect the best. So, houseclean your head. This week, when setbacks or problems pop-up, immediately focus on finding a solution. Pessimistic people focus on complaining, but happy and optimistic people focus on solutions.

Week 2: Optimism and Happiness by the Numbers

Are you obsessed with negative thoughts? A simple way to become optimistic is to count your way to more positive thoughts. Its easy to become an expert at switching your negative and bad thoughts to more positive and upbeat thoughts and feelings. So, this week your assignment is to focus on counting and switching your bad thoughts to upbeat and uplifting thoughts. Each time you have a negative thought, immediately switch to a positive thought or solutions to your woes. Write a tally mark on a pad of paper each time you switch like this each day. Your goal is to decrease the number of times you need to switch. For example, at first you may need to switch 50 times. In time, you will decrease it to 30, 20 or 10 times a day. If you are obsessively negative, you will become obsessively positive using this technique.

Week 3: Avoid Emotional Vampires

Are you a loser magnet? Do you attract emotional vampires or losers into your life? To become more optimistic -- avoid emotional vampires. Pessimistic people allow emotional vampires to suck their positive feelings right out of their skulls. Emotional vampires include people who put you down, criticize you or mock or sabotage your dreams and aspirations. This week, take survey of your life by making a list of people and situations you are exposing yourself to. Then, discard or limit people, habits or situations that keep you from feeling optimistic and happy. In other words, burn your bridges if needed. Remember: Happy and optimistic people hang around with personal cheerleaders. Unhappy people surround themselves with emotional vampires.

Week 4: Act Like An Optimist

To begin acting like an optimist yourself, you need to learn what they do. Optimistic people act and carry themselves in certain ways. First, they use certain words. The words people use can effect their mood. Changing your words can actually change your attitude and feelings. I recommend using upbeat words instead of upset words. For example, you can say, I feel overwhelmed. Or, I feel challenged nevertheless I can do it. Second, optimists and happy individuals take big steps, walk faster and stand taller. In sharp contrast, pessimistic and unhappy people shuffle their feet, take tiny steps, walk slowly and slouch. This week, use upbeat words and watch how you carry your body. Use the word choices and body posture of optimistic people.

Using each of these techniques during Optimism Month will help you become happy and optimistic. They are easy to carry out and will create a positive domino effect with people in your life.

If Happiness is a Long Shot - It Pays to Aim Close

How would you rate your current level of happiness from 1 to 10? If you are already experiencing the highest levels of personal satisfaction, congratulations. Most people aren't.

My next questions is even more sensitive. If you were to assume for yourself a life expectancy of 80 years, at what levels of happiness are you aiming for the rest of your life?

Men and women who are already enjoying a great life worry about how they are going to maintain it year after year. Those living in less than perfect conditions are usually full of hope for a better future. The crucial question is, of course, how we get there.

If happiness is a long shot, it pays to aim as close as possible. How can we make sure that we are moving in the right direction? These three principles have often helped me sharpen my focus:

1.- ONLY PRECISE DEFINITIONS MAKE PERSONAL SATISFACTION POSSIBLE. People have different ideas of what it means to be happy, but this does not mean that random events possess the capacity to improve your life.

Happiness is composed of specific experiences that we long to have. Well-being is a positive event, something that we crave, a place where we want to be. Make an effort to draw a detailed picture of your ambitions so that it serves you as compass while you are walking through the desert.

2.- HAPPINESS INVOLVES AVOIDANCE. At a very minimum, it demands the postponement of death. What negative elements do you need to keep away in order to be happy? Make the list as long as you need. Pain and sickness should be amongst the things to avert. The same goes, for most people, for poverty and discomfort.

Your compilation of negatives won't be finished before you add names of certain persons, or perhaps types of persons, that you deeply dislike. The purpose of this exercise is to make you conscious of which negative aspects you consider incompatible with happiness.

3.- PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING REQUIRES A SENSE OF DIRECTION. This crucial aspect is often overlooked. Lacking a sense of direction is equivalent to trusting luck for raising your personal level of satisfaction. Clarity of purpose gives an individual a target to achieve and a path to follow.

Steps taken with the the right destination in mind are likely to improve the quality of your experiences, at least in the long term. Your life should flow towards your objectives. Steer your way to pursue your specific goals, while at the same time, try to keep off those negative aspects that you wish to avoid.

Whatever your present situation, achieving a better future is going to involve substantial work. Most people are able to motivate themselves for a short while, but they are quick to give up when they meet the first difficulties.

Draw a sharp picture of your future and that vision will provide you with a clear sense of direction. Only consistent, rational ambitions sustain the long-term motivation that allows individuals to reach the highest levels of happiness.

The American Dream - Are You Living It?

As a citizen of the United States, I realize that this country, by far, is the greatest place on Earth to live. Sure, we have our problems. What countries don't? Still, how many places can you achieve the success, enjoy the freedoms, and live the dream that is afforded to each and every one of us on a daily basis? Not many. The question is what is the American dream for you.

The American dream is defined as the faith that through hard work, courage, and determination one can achieve a better life for oneself, usually through financial prosperity.

The American Dream to some has become a question under discussion, and some believe that it has led to an emphasis on material wealth as a measure of success and/or happiness.

Don't buy into this for one minute. The American dream is simply what it says, a dream. It's the goals you establish for yourself. The things you want for you, your children and your children's children.

Now, I certainly haven't exactly arrived at "financial prosperity" but prosperity comes in many different disguises. Am I successful? Am I happy in my family life? Have I achieved the things I set out to accomplish in life? Is there still time to finish what I've started? If the answer is yes to any of these questions, you're well on your way to realizing your American dream. However, if you find yourself answering no to a few of the questions,knowing that these goals are attainable should keep you motivated keep you dreaming. The reality that you and no one else are your greatest adversary can empower you to rise above all your limitations and short comings to continue to strive for your American dream.

With maturity our motivation changes from things merely to satisfy self. Our commitment to family, career and lasting relationships becomes more important. In other words, your dream today may not be your dream tomorrow. Our goals should be constantly evolving. By doing so, it's an indication that we're continually setting new goals striving to reach new heights. The summit of which is your American dream.

So, ask yourself today, "Are you living the American dream?" The only person standing in the way of you not living it....is you.

Israeli Jews could Learn from Christian Zionists

For the first time in 100 generations Jews have their own turf and are calling the tune on it. The last thing they need is half ***** Christians telling them what to do.

Thanks in large part to God working in and through and for "Christian Zionists" who recognized the biblical necessity of the restoration of Jews before the majority of Jews did. You reveal your woeful ignorance of influential Christian movers and shakers that resulted in the Jews' return and military training in Eretz Yisrael from Orde Wingate to the gentleman described below - all of whom you owe an apology. Not to mention all those strong supporters who stand with Israel and call upon our American officials to stop funding the "Palestinians," stop pressuring Israel to surrender holy land, etc. Perhaps it's past time to let the Jews go and suffer the consequences of their sins and no longer stand in the gap for them?

I guess Christians are an easy target when what they say is biblical and most Jews are secular with traditional trappings. God is not fooled. The plain truth remains the plain truth, even if God has to deliver it to Israelis (who don't want to be Jews - cutting themselves off from their Hebrew roots and biblical responsibilities) through Christian servants who are in the same holy spirit as those who were good enough to save Jews who didn't take Hitler or Jabotinsky's warnings seriously and in the same holy spirit that the Gentile King Cyrus was moved by to encourage Jews to leave their exile and return to Zion and build the Temple. I'm sure some smug, assimilated Jews didn't appreciate his non-Jewish advice, while others humbly recognized it as inspired by our Great Creator God.

If you call yourself a Jew, and you're living in the Jewish homeland as designated by the Bible, why do you refuse as a Jew to do what that same Bible requires to defend and protect it from sworn enemies? Utterly defeat and/or drive them out, as Meir Kahane correctly called for and live as a Jew - not just an Israeli - in Eretz Yisrael.

I am not ready to butcher them and I am not yet ready to push them into Jordan or the sea to satisfy you.

It's not about me, it's about national defense and security. Why are you in denial? Even though you're not ready to do whatever is necessary to uproot the evil from Israel, Hamas, Fatah, the PLO - all of those Nazi-Muslim organizations of death and destruction - are more than willing to butcher Jews and push them into the sea to satisfy themselves.

You've already lost the psychological war because they're prepared to fight you to the finish, and you're not prepared to simply defend yourself and REMOVE THE THREAT once and for all. Instead you aid and abet them by supporting the transfer of Jews, making biblical areas Judenrein, and they still hate you and they still have their evil eye on Jerusalem.

You don't want war and you've still got it. And many Jews were content with their ghettos in Europe, and jaded Jews are content with their wall of destruction and tears, defeatism, rather than rise up and make aliyah to where the God of Jacob commands rather than the Turks (who designated the wailing wall for Jews and the Temple Mount for Muslims). If you want to submit to Gentile decrees rather than biblical commands, all of Jerusalem will soon be under EU occupation and you'll get what you're content with and learn to hate and loathe it as you should.

If the day comes that I can pray on the mount it will not have been a gun that cleared the mosque, I can assure you.

You can't assure me of anything, as you're a mere mortal and can't bring anything to pass of such great significance. Do you somehow believe the Nazi-Muslims are just going to invite Jews to return to their alleged most holy site that they've permitted to get trampled by Gentile foxes who bark at Jews and Israelis? Israelis cannot say "The Temple Mount is in our hands." But your lying "peace partners" mock you and defame the Holy Name by occupying it with their foreign mosques.

Or do you think an earthquake will take out the militant mosques, symbols of foreign rule? If the Israelis fail to do what God requires of them - liberate the Temple Mount and build the Temple - God could send an earthquake with deaths that could have been avoided, as I mention within Beyond Babylon: Europe's Rise and Fall.

Have you forgotten it is by the grace of God and your guns that have cleared the way for you to remain in the Land this long? Ever hear of praise God and pass the ammo? God helps those who help themselves.

Religious Tolerance - A Message To All Nations

Religious Tolerance. (A message to all Nations.)
Many today, as was in the beginning of so called religious freedoms, have introduced other strange gods and doctrines. This is accepted today as tolerance of religious freedom. This is the way of life that is acceptable to many creeds, nations, tongues and peoples, around the world. We as a nation accept all manner of religions; this has been made acceptable and tolerated by society.
But what we as a nation can't tolerate, is for this country to be, associated with, or support these false gods. Gods word speaks of many false gods that we are neither to follow, nor fellowship with, from Baal to the Ephesians goddess Diana. Would Satanism be tolerated and acceptable to teach in our schools? Would this religion be tolerated in our houses of leadership? I think not. Many tolerate false gods and accept them as a religious right, just because we as a nation have been based on religious freedom. But I would say that even these types of religions would not be tolerated, in sort of a pick and choose society. What about Somalia and other countries in Africa that are physically under attack by Muslims trying to force their religion on entire countries? Is this also religious freedom for one religion to attempt this type of action? Christianity never trys to force Gods word on anyone. We preach the truth and let the word convict, then it is between the individual and God.
This was evident in the case of Jim Jones and David Corresh.

All manner of false religions are in need of hearing the Gospel to be converted and saved, by Jesus, to assure that all have heard the truth. We see this commandment in the writings of Paul in 1st. Corinthians 10:21; Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils. For Christians there is no fellowship with, devils, workers of darkness, nor any spirit of the anti-Christ.
Php 2:15; That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;
The light of the world. Can we be a light mingled with dark clouds hanging around us and over us? Are we a light that has gone dim by associating, integrating and mingling ourselves with these workers of iniquity? Are we, as a Nation, to revert back from where we were just 2,000 years ago, worshiping and believing in every wind and doctrine, worshiping the devils of mans imagination? Will we fall from the grace of God and be a Nation of unknown gods? Are we to loose our identity, as a nation, a people a light, because of religious tolerance?

This is the fact that Paul was bringing out to the Corinthians in, 1st.Co 10:20; But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils. Putting great emphasis on; I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils.
1Co 8:5 For though there be that are called gods, whether in heaven or in earth, (as there be gods many, and lords many,) as there be gods many, and lords many. Many gods and many lords, but whom do we worship? There is a Church in China that has announced that Christ has arrived in the flesh, in the appearance of a woman, a female that was born of mother and father. This is a fulfillment of prophecy that you have already read. Go not to this woman, seek not her counsel, and seek not to proclaim her as Christ, for she is not the Christ. She is a false, Christ, prophet, doctrine and teacher. She was sent and proclaimed by this church to deceive. Ask yourself a question, Would I tolerate this Christ in our country or even my neighborhood? If not then where is her religious tolerance?
Where does religious tolerance start becoming a type of heathenism?

Can we as a Nation, or in fact other nations, fall by rejecting the Truth of the Gospel?
Lets read, Oba 1:3; The pride of thine heart hath deceived thee, thou that dwellest in the clefts of the rock, whose habitation is high; that saith in his heart, Who shall bring me down to the ground?
Pro 26:26 Whose hatred is covered by deceit, his wickedness shall be shewed before the whole congregation. Has pride overshadowed our fear of the Most High God? 1st.John 2:16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
Mark 7:20-23; And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man.
For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,
Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:
All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.
Can Mark, 7:20-23, also be associated with a nation, can a nation be defiled by tolerating false gods? Yes.

Psa 33:8-12; Let all the earth fear the LORD: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.
For he spake, and it was done; he commanded, and it stood fast.
The LORD bringeth the counsel of the heathen to nought: he maketh the devices of the people of none effect.
The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations. The Bible states; The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate. froward mouth; Perverse, that is, turning from, with aversion or reluctance; not willing to yield or comply with what is required; unyielding; ungovernable; refractory; disobedient; peevish.(KJD)

Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance. We must be a Nation that is known as a land of God the Almighty, for the Gospel states, Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance. Being otherwise brings a curse with it. For God will bless whom He will Bless and Curse whom He will Curse. Pro 16:18 Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.
Isa 23:9 The LORD of hosts hath purposed it, to stain the pride of all glory, and to bring into contempt all the honourable of the earth.
1Co 8:6 But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him. Gal 4:8 Howbeit then, when ye knew not God, ye did service unto them which by nature are no gods. Leave the unrighteous, ungodly, anti-Christ religions alone, let them do as they will, for God shall separate the unbeliever at the time of judgment, but be not partakers with them nor stand with them for their causes. Do not be partakers of their sin, this is a commandment of God.

Here is the end of the matter of religious tolerance as prescribed by God; 2nd.John 1:9-10; Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.
If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:
For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.

Dear God, I Am A Good Christian! Pass Me The Holy Grail In Trading!

Indy, or Indiana Jones was one of my favorite heroes. Remember the movie about the Holy Grail and the scene where he has to choose between the holly grail and his life? And although it seemed that he lost from his touch the Holy Grail he gained his life! What is more important than survival first? Investments are no different than the eternal search for the holly grail! If someone finds the system that is 100% foolproof then here we found within seconds the next billionaire at the cover of all major economic magazines!

Stop for a moment! Look around you! Is there a chance for someone to discover the one system that beats everything else all the time and make someone extremely rich? And if someone becomes so much rich why would he or she want to share the secret with others? Why? After all if more people learn about this idea it will eventually be useless as some will try very early to get a spot and the effectiveness will go from 100% towards zero as fast as a super car accelerates from 0-100 Miles per hour what is the point? Come on give us a synopsis!

Some systems and trading ideas are better than others indeed. But no one is the best! Investing is a very fascinating thing! For start there are a lot of options from the traditional stocks to more risky ones such as options and also other alternative forms such as real estate or hedge funds. Have you ever thought that since the idea of the holly grail is that it is unique that could it be possible that such a system if it existed it would be impossible to fit for all occasions? Investing in stocks is much more different than investing in real estate or precious metals. But the marketing which is something very powerful these days wants us to believe that there are gurus everywhere fallen from the sky as angels!

Ok so Dear God, if not the holly grail please pass me the best guru to make me rich! Silence again. Why? Investing builds on some major steps.Education,training,experience,solid risk management, control of emotions, balanced life and motivation. Yes motivation and action. Being an Economist I discovered very soon the idea and passion must say of learning how to invest properly and hopefully make it a career.

But what someone needs is also passion. It is no fun watching the ticks of stocks movements or forex quotes. But if someone tries to make money out of it there is a cost. And the best way to pay this cost is to be a pioneer. Experiment with what you know or do not know about how the markets work. Put the odds in your favour making your analysis. You do not need to buy each book claiming that it has the one system that will make you rich or subscribe to a service or newsletter paying thousands of dollars per year. Be open-minded. Why pay a lot of money when the real cost could be much less? Is it impressive to cost you a few hundreds or thousands of dollars for their access to the Holy Grail that does not exist? Why to share it with you and split the profits?

On the other hand paying for research and guidance at a reasonable price is definitely not a bad idea if you trust the author and offers extreme good customer service. But once you learn how to invest even with the most basic way why would you need a mentor anymore? Have you ever wondered that if you win and make profit the key to success is consistency? Think of it. If you only could make lets say 5% each month and compound this amount each month then if you can do this for 10 years each month an initial amount of 10,000 will reach the amount of 348 times higher that is 3,5 million dollars. And if that investment is in stocks and add some quality meaning dividends earned then it could be much more. Ok 5% each month each month for 10 years may seem irrational to you but my point is to use it as an example. Change the numbers and inputs. Do your own homework and research.Diversify!Apply very good risk-management criteria. Have a passion for it. And a dream and a goal. My goal is to learn as much as possible about the financial markets and be a good trader. I may not become a top one but at least this is my holy grail : Consistency and Compounding. Keep it simple.
